How long will my flowers stay fresh?
Most of our seasonal bouquets stay fresh for 7 to 10 days if kept in a cool environment and the water is changed every two days.
Do you offer same-day delivery for home decor and flowers?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM local time, ensuring your home is always filled with fresh blooms.
What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
If no one is available, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded area or with a neighbor, and leave a notification card at the door.
Can I customize a subscription for regular home deliveries?
Absolutely. You can choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly subscriptions via our 'Flower Club' page to keep your living space vibrant year-round.
Are the vases included with my purchase?
Product descriptions specify if a vase is included. We offer 'Bouquet Only' options as well as 'Arranged in Vase' sets for your convenience.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, if your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
